Erlina Sugarman

Erlina Sugarman began her banking journey in 1985, as a Teller at a small community bank in Laguna Niguel, CA. Her experience in the financing industry helped her learn SBA Loan Processing at CNL, which later became Lehman Brothers Small Business Finance. Erlina has risen through the ranks from Loan Administrator to Management, mentoring new Loan Administrators. She is a proud product of the American dream and attributes her success to hard work, respect, trust, and kindness towards others. Erlina enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, and traveling with her husband during her free time.
