Marc Langdon has joined Harvest Small Business Finance as a Senior Vice President-SBA Business Development Officer, based in St. Louis, MO.
In this new role, Langdon will lead Harvest’s real estate lending initiatives in St. Louis, serving as the market leader in SBA and Commercial Real Estate lending. With over two decades of real estate lending experience at banks, non-bank lenders and the debt arm of a large brokerage, Langdon brings a unique background to this role. This background encompasses over $500 million of real estate lending across the SBA and Commercial space, focused on St. Louis but spanning across the country.
A multiple time “Lender of the Year” winner for his Certified Development Company (CDC) counterparts, Langdon has closed more SBA 504 volume than anyone in the market during his career. Now serving the market with SBA 504, SBA 7a and Conventional lending structures, owner occupied real estate clients now have access to a full suite of lending options from one source.
Langdon can work with banks to protect their client relationships on tough deals, or brokers who want to provide prospective buyers with a lower down payment alternative.
