Our newest Senior Vice President, Jim brings decades of experience to the table. He’s been a correspondent for Zions for the last 18 years, working with his wife Jackie as his loan processor.
His background also includes construction lending in oil and gas, and computer equipment leasing, plus all the years in small business lending at Zions, GE Capital and a stint at IBM. “It’s been a roller coaster ride,” Jim jokes.
He studied business and computer systems at the University of Colorado in Denver and is married with 3 adult daughters (golfers all).
In recent years, Jim has worked closely with Harvest RSM Clark Stephens, funding more than $10MM in SBA deals through Harvest. No surprise then that Clark helped bring Jim into our fold. “During the 15 years I’ve known him,” Stephens says, “Jim has been a success at funding commercial real estate nationwide. He and his wife have built a great brand and I am happy to bring him onboard.”
