He began his career as a broker, selling and leasing over 2 million square feet of office and industrial space nationwide. Shifting to finance, Kevin specialized in SBA 7A, SBA 504, and conventional loan programs at Lehman Brothers SBF, later expanding his expertise at JP Morgan Chase and in the credit union sector, closing over $500 million in loans for investment properties.
A recognized industry authority, Kevin has spoken at the NY Mortgage Brokers Association Financing Summit and serves on multiple real estate and economic development boards.
