Dalisa McAnally

Dalisa, a Fort Worth native, developed a strong work ethic from a young age, starting her career at 16 in her family's real estate offices. Recognizing the crucial role of real estate in the economy, she transitioned to the finance side, accumulating 30 years of experience in banking, including roles at Wells Fargo/Wachovia and Comerica Financial Institutions.

In response to recent changes in the banking and finance sectors, Dalisa sees the growing challenge of securing capital and credit. Despite this, she believes in the ongoing need to support businesses and investors. Motivated by this, she has taken on the role of Business Development Officer at Harvest Small Business Finance, aiming to facilitate the credit process for those pursuing commercial real estate.

Outside of work, Dalisa indulges her passions for theater, music and football. Actively involved in the community, she serves as the Finance Chair for the Executive Board of Directors at Stage West Theater. In her downtime, you'll find her immersed in Fantasy Football Leagues or engaging in spirited NFL debates with friends and family.
