Steve Sproat's work ethic was instilled at an early age when he began working at his father’s business at just nine years old, often putting in long hours. By fourteen, he took on his first job outside the family business, servicing heavy equipment—a role he held for four years while attending high school.

After graduating from Minnesota West Community & Technical College, Steve pursued a career in the oilfield supply market. Starting at the ground level, sweeping floors, he worked his way up to Vice President of Operations, where he played a key role in growing a company’s revenue from $9 million to $50 million.

With deep expertise in operations, business structure, sales, and—above all—customer service, Steve transitioned into the SBA lending market four years ago. Since then, he has dedicated himself to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. Committed to delivering exceptional service, he takes pride in building strong client relationships and ensuring each deal is completed with integrity and efficiency.
