Michele Fleher

With over three decades of expertise in the SBA industry, Michele Fleher brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Most recently, she served at Harvest and is thrilled to be back. Prior to her tenure at Harvest, Michele played integral roles at Biz Capital/Advantage Capital Partners, where she effectively utilized the SBA program alongside the New Markets Tax Credit Program since 2009.

Michele's journey in the SBA sector includes notable stints at Community South Small Business Finance, Zions Small Business Finance, and ITT Small Business Finance, where she contributed significantly in their lending departments.

Her academic foundation is just as strong, holding a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Michele is eager to continue her dedicated career in SBA financing at Harvest.
